Common questions
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Everything is stored on your phone. Internet is only needed for the daily ads, to look up a new product’s name from its barcode, and to send bills on WhatsApp.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app, answer a few questions about your shop, and start selling.
What happens to my data if I lose my phone?
It is on the phone, so it is lost with the phone — unless you have taken a backup. Take backups. The backup file is encrypted and you can restore it on a new phone in a few taps.
Can I use it on two phones at once?
Not yet. Each phone keeps its own shop. To move your shop to a new phone, take a backup and restore it there.
Which printers work?
Bluetooth thermal printers using standard ESC/POS, which is most 58mm and 80mm receipt printers.
Why do I have to watch ads?
They are what makes the app free. Three short ones a day, after a 14-day ad-free trial. You can always look at your data without watching anything.
Is my GST calculated correctly?
The app produces tax invoices, bills of supply, or no tax document, depending on the registration type you set. It is a tool, not an accountant — check your returns.
